Turmeric Ginger Pickle

Turmeric & Ginger pickle – prepared using authentic pickle recipe with Ginger added to it. This pickle is rich in curcumin as well as it has Gingerol. As a result this pickle has anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant properties. Ginger helps reduce nausea, manage arthritis. Both turmeric & ginger have analgesic properties that can alleviate various types of pain.

Ingredients

Pure turmeric roots, raw ginger, jaggery powder, salt, cotton seed oil, mustard oil, red chilli powder, acetic acid, fenugreek seeds, asafoetida (hing).

Storage

Store in a cool & dry place, away from sunlight
